Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Real Talk. We want to get your new fits to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within [e.g., 2–5] business days.

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Note: During high-volume periods (like new collection drops or holidays), processing may take up to 7 business days.
- All our products are POD (print on demand) and take 2-5 days before shipping
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping: We currently ship to the EU and worldwide.
Important Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RealTalk is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Real Talk is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Stolen Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at realtalkparenting00`@gmail.com
